Procedure
- The weakened gums are strengthed with the Soft tissue grafting. The autografts are from your own oral cavity by a minimally invasive method. The healthy tissue that is rich in blood supply is removed precisely without disturbing the adjacent structures.
- The tissue is then moved carefully to the surgical site without disturbing the vitality of the recipient. The donor site is then cleaned and prepared to remove any microbes. The recipient soft tissue is then placed on the donor site and sutured, to hold it intact.
- In the case of allografts, the external graft material is placed in the donor site by the same method. This will secure the tooth and gums and add value to its health.
